As regional consultants, we enjoy working together to assist in “growing healthy churches” - that’s our experience of being a foursome (including the GS). We work in designated regions state-wide, and across them as appropriate.
What kinds of activities characterise our ministry?

Liaising with Area Coordinators
Way Ahead has been an initiative in 2005. The RCs and GS coach local church teams in applying local church strategies in responses to questions such as:
Where are we?
How did we get here?
Where are we going?
Who will lead us?
How will we get there?
. . . All seeking to hear God in a way that will lead to re-focusing and re-vitalising of ministry. We hope other churches will enrol for the journey!
We have a vision of alive, relevant local churches of many shapes and expressions fulfilling their God-given ministry. We see ourselves working alongside leaders and churches to facilitate personal and corporate godly health and development. That’s our function in Queensland Baptists growing healthy churches.
