A CHURCH PLANTING TEAMS CONFERENCE
The Inspire Summit is a conference for Church Planters and their team of key leaders: for those who are in the middle of doing it and those who are still in the planning and discernment stage.
We are seeking to invest in you and your team to inspire, encourage, equip and refresh you as you plant new faith communities. We want to help you reach your full potential and accomplish all that God is calling you to. At the conference there will be a balance between input with discussion and time for you and your team to work on how it impacts your own context and plans. There will also be plenty of time for networking with other planters and teams to hear their stories and share ideas.
There will be two main streams in the conference, one for those who are planting ‘Complex’ churches along more traditional models and one for those planting ‘Simple’ churches that are more organically based.
MTQ will be subsidising the cost for each participant for the three days and will also subsidise travel costs for those coming from outside the south east corner of Queensland.
Come as a team for an experience together that will be:
Inspiring – Fuel up with practical and Biblical input, be encouraged by the stories of other like minded people
Equipping – Be given tools to work on your plan for planting together
Coaching and networking – Access the wisdom of those who have already done it and those still experimenting, as you and your team dream and plan together
Recharging –Break the pace for a couple of days & invest in your own growth & health
Come up to the mountain top together and expect God to speak into your planting venture for Him.
MTQ’s Purpose
The primary purpose of MTQ (formally Mission to Queensland) is to see identified groups of Queenslanders reached and discipled in Christ. MTQ’s primary belief is that healthy Baptist churches participate in establishing new faith communities and its primary role is to be the catalyst within Queensland Baptists for the birthing of healthy faith communities.
