Dynamic leadership
Besides everything else, I face daily the pressure of my concern for all the churches. Who is weak, and I do not feel weak? Who is led into sin, and I do not inwardly burn? 2 Corinthians 11:28-29
Do you identify yourself with needs of others? Do you care for those who are led into sin? Do you inwardly burn for them? When you have this approach that Paul had you see that it makes a difference. Paul says that we ought to pray for fellow prisoners as we are in prison. Close identification with peoples’ needs, a sincere care for them shows godly character towards others.
