Dynamic leadership
The people remained at a distance, while Moses approached the thick darkness where God was. Exodus 20:21
As a leader you may need to make steps where others would not. There are times of loneliness, particularly in the areas that are new. It is like stepping into darkness and everyone else is at a distance. But you can be well assured in those dark and lonely times that God is still there with you.
